Developing CX in hospitality is really hot topic right now - and we are the first company in Europe doing the consultancy.
We need a world-class designer who really wants to make a difference in hospitality industry. You will be managing our customer projects from the service perspective, therefore strong project management skills are recommended. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience of service design. Experience from travel industry is a bonus. You have eye for beauty and aesthetics, but you also have aquired knowledge of service design methods and tools, including qualitative user research, concepting and prototyping. You are used to developing user journeys, customer experience maps, blueprints and concept descriptions.
We offer the possibility to design your own way of working. You will be leading our design and you report to CEO - although we all work as one team. Our plan is to grow and expand also elsewhere in Europe and you will grow to be the leading designer. Us being a start-up, we all need to have entrepreneur attitude. The work athmosphere is international and you will have the possibility to work with the teams of major global hotel brands. Your desk will be located in Turku, but working hours and the location of your daily activities are very flexible (you can live in Helsinki for example and visit our office).
Your work will be studying, researching, questioning and challenging the customer experience of independent hotels and international hotel brands. You will then map the journey, develop CX and design concepts and integration for our customers. We always work in teams with different roles, but your task is to manage the design side of our work.
- Minimum 3 years experience of service design
- Background from CX/UX and building digital services
- Visual design skills with a hands-on attitude
- Creative thinker, who also understands business development
- Relevant education
- Ability to lead projects and people
- Willingness to travel (the amount of travel will vary)
- Good communication skills in English. Any other fluent European language is a bonus
- Strong interest in changing the guest journey in hospitality
